Somerville BowlineEdit

The Somerville Bowline can be very useful because you never have to feed through the working end. Thus, you can untie it entirely from the bite end only. It is a good knot for the hands at the start of a TK because you can give your bottom freedom in the arms quickly and then start untying the rest of your harness. To untie, try to get your bottom to lift up on her hands to relieve pressure on the knot, then pull the bite end from the underside of the tie.
